Yvonne Weiss (b. 1993) is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Guelph, Canada. Weiss’s work spans across mediums and materials and explores themes of spirituality, religion, morality, and social roles of the self and collective. Weiss has exhibited in group and solo exhibitions at Janey (Cambridge, Canada), Future Fair (New York, US), Elsewhere Fair (Philadelphia, PA), Art Toronto (Toronto, Canada), and Ground Floor Arts (Guelph, Canada). Weiss’s work is inspired by religious iconography and symbolism from the medieval and Gothic traditions and her work reinterprets these visual languages through an esoteric lens. She is represented by Janey.
